ZARECHNY QUARTER

The design area is located directly at Meshchersky Forest Park, which provides excellent vantage points from the maximum number of apartments. In addition to the rich forest zone, this territory has an interesting past: once it was a hunting ground for the royal hunt, in Soviet times it was a place of life and work of famous writers, and today it is a comfortable recreation area for nature lovers at any time of the year.

When developing provision of urban amenities and landscape solutions, the natural context of the territory was important, it was desired to emphasize the direct connection of the project with Meshchersky Park. The creation of a miniature forest in the courtyard, a kind of courtyard-park, emphasizes this idea and makes the transition from public to private organic and smooth. Planting a large number of large trees, a variety of planting materials, shrubs, ornamental and perennial plants and grasses will make the yard look like a natural forest in the central part of Russia, forests in the Moscow Region (Podmoskovye).

The facades of the complex are made in eight different variations of clinker bricks, composite panels and architectural concrete. The concept of facades for “Zarechny Quarter” is a matrix of several patterns referring to images of nature: “shady alleys”, “cedar forest”, “pine wood”, “birch grove” and “reflection”. In each of the options, the image of nature is played up in its own way with material, masonry, texture. So, in the version "Birch Grove" this is manifested in contrasting brickwork, and in the version "Shady Aisles " - in the construction of the rhythm of arches.

The contrasting combination of materials in a strict stylistic design allows creating a varied, but harmonious building. This, as well as classical approaches using symmetry and arches in a modern interpretation, create a vivid and memorable image, emphasize a unified approach to the formation of the complex.
