PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Vereiskaya 41 business class apartment complex is inspired by the energy of the never-sleeping city, movement and life in vivid colors as opposed to everyday monotony. Four multi-level urban blocks with a height of 2, 6, 9 and 14 floors - with an enclosed courtyard, underground parking and terraces, as well as a private garden, which will be located on the stylobate connecting the buildings - create dynamic recognizable image thanks to the play of color on the facade and slopes in decorative details. Air conditioners arranged in a checkerboard pattern in metal boxes are meant to enhance the created effect of overflows and radiance of the residential complex.

The peculiarity of the facade solutions is the so-called “chameleon” effect, which is achieved thanks to light-colored metal-composite panels. The finishing materials include two contrasting shades of brick-like concrete tiles - a dark, rich anthracite color and milky white. To emphasize the diversity of volumes, the facade in some buildings is recessed at the level of the 6th floor, and in others - at the level of the upper floors, which helps avoid visual monotony both up close and from afar.

Facade solutions

Walking alleys, the central boulevard, the city square and a quiet garden under the pergola will be decorated with several types of street lamps, the glow of which will resemble the northern lights and emphasize the holographic effect of the facade finishing material even at night. Thanks to the multi-colored pergola flooring, diffused light passing through the translucent coating enhances the play of light and color.
