The elite residential complex is a compact block built up along the perimeter with a few buildings of tower and multisectional types, different in height, forming a private inner yard. The dwelling buildings rise above the two-storey common low rise area. On the outside, it accommodates publicly accessible shopping and service spaces, while from the yard side it is designed as a roundabout gallery.

Site plan
The use of elite finishing materials emphasises the high status of the residential complex. The primary focus is on the quality of facade surfaces, for which three brick types differing in colour were chosen: light, almost white, reddish-terra cotta and brown. The top levels will be finished with chameleon composite panels.
Masterplan
The buildings’ scale will be visually reduced by applying the effective floor doubling technique. The brick facades form a massive structure filled with vertical stained-glass inserts joining together two adjacent floors. Floor decks will be covered with opaque glass panels. The vertical block will be provided with glass parapets of French balconies as an additional decorative element.
