PRIDE

The project envisions two multi-section buildings - a separate tower as an accent of the composition, and a kindergarten located on the same axis with the tower and assembling the image into a single whole. Thanks to the sensible layout of the buildings, it was possible to organize a pedestrian boulevard that turns into a green alley - thus providing a buffer between the complex and the railway.

In the PRIDE residential complex, special attention is paid to the balance of aesthetics and ergonomics: a clear division between private and public, a courtyard divided by plantings into thematic zones corresponding to different ages and temperaments, sports grounds and places for children's games, an exquisite "Garden of Aromas". Pass-through lobbies can be accessed from the outside and exit to a closed courtyard, the complex provides an additional entrance through a strollers room, a separate elevator with a corridor for staff, mail rooms.

The result of the careful work with the silhouette is a dynamic, memorable modern style image, author's interpretation of modernism. Undercuts of the volume made it possible to organize terraces with outstanding view characteristics. The first floors of the residential buildings are increased in height and create a light, elegant base. The complex neatly fits into the historical context, fills the location with meanings and becomes a new dominant of the area.
