During the heyday of the disappeared Empire, a significant number of industrial zones were built near the Moscow Ring Road, which outlined the border of the city for almost 30 years. Some western and southern sectors of the oval were more fortunate, and in their place in the 70s residential areas of Tyoply Stan, Yasenev and Kuntsevo grew up. However, in the prestigious western direction at the intersection of Ozernaya Street and 47th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road, the Vostryakovskoye cemetery has been formed since the 1930s, and in the post-war years a large industrial zone has grown. The railway tracks of the Kyiv direction cut off a large piece of the project territory, leaving it as if part of the urban fabric, but not making it residential.
APEX architects were faced with the task of breathing new life into the area disfigured by industrial buildings, creating a comfortable space for living, working and recreation on a rectangular site of 1.4 hectares. This is how our project for the first stage of the residential complex "Ozernaya" appeared - a residential complex with a maximum elevation of 100 and an underground single-level parking lot.

The selected variant of the volume-spatial composition represents the current tower-sectional morphotype: nine multi-storey sections will form a closed courtyard space between urban blocks, while the front of the street is supported by a building line.
