This residential complex with a developed social infrastructure is built on a site in the south-western district of Moscow at the intersection of Dmitry Ulyanov and Novocheryomushkinskaya streets, that has previously stayed empty for fifty years. The goal of the project was to create a new urban dominant fixing the corner with a developed public space and active first floors.
The volumetric and spatial composition of the residential complex is built according to the principles of block development. The perimeter, repeating the shape of the site, is supported by built-in-attached one-story volumes with a corner accentuated by a 21-story tower. To form a silhouette, ensure the requirements of insolation and view characteristics, the volumes are dispersed in the corners of the site, reacting to the street front and to the existing environment.
