This residential complex with a developed social infrastructure is built on a site in the south-western district of Moscow at the intersection of Dmitry Ulyanov and Novocheryomushkinskaya streets, that has previously stayed empty for fifty years. The goal of the project was to create a new urban dominant fixing the corner with a developed public space and active first floors.
The volumetric and spatial composition of the residential complex is built according to the principles of block development. The perimeter, repeating the shape of the site, is supported by built-in-attached one-story volumes with a corner accentuated by a 21-story tower. To form a silhouette, ensure the requirements of insolation and view characteristics, the volumes are dispersed in the corners of the site, reacting to the street front and to the existing environment.

Perimeter development, which allows dividing the space into private and public, non-residential first floors, a clear and precise silhouette, natural finishing materials, high-quality and thoughtful landscaping create a modern comfortable and humane environment. Facade solutions made of clinker bricks support integral dynamics with pronounced plasticity.
The building front along Dmitry Ulyanov Street is supported by built-in one-story volumes and residential eighteen-story sections, the corner of the intersection of the streets is accentuated by a tower. Along Novocheryomushkinskaya Street, the project provides for an urban public space that accumulates urban energy.
Shifts in the volumes of towers and penthouses give lightness and subtlety to the silhouette, and horizontal divisions of dark anodized composite panels are opposed to a clear vertical rhythm.
