Until recently, the Yuzhnoportovy district was associated with numerous industrial zones, but the active implementation of urban programs for the removal of industrial facilities and infrastructure development promises to breathe new life into the district. The multifunctional complex with the author's architecture on Volgogradsky Prospekt will become an excellent example of such a transformation.

Initially, there were two options for volumetric-spatial solutions with three and four towers – APEX architects opted for the solution with three towers 100 meters high. An important factor that determined the altitude was the desire of our specialists to use the capabilities of the site in the most rational way. Saving space below, more green areas, more light, creating a new urban dominance while maintaining the historical panorama of the city is an incomplete list of the advantages of high-rise buildings.
In the concept of APEX architects, the emphasis is made on functional richness and extraordinary spatial solutions: a clear separation of public and private, a wide pedestrian boulevard connecting Volgogradsky Prospekt and Sosinsky Street, indoor courtyards with a rich palette of game and sports equipment, limited along the perimeter of a two-story retail with operated greened roofs and a children’s leisure center built into the ground floor, the square in front of the metro exit as a public th life.
Trade sorting and transformation of the metro space is an important social aspect of the project, designed to become a driver for the development of a rather depressing place.
Strict orthogonal mesh, detailed with concrete tile portals for clinker bricks, and accented by semicircular glazed ends, creates a memorable and at the same time restrained image. The facade looks organically both at the level of the human eye, thanks to the use of natural ceramics and graphic pattern and silhouette.
Excellent transport accessibility due to the proximity of the Volgogradsky Prospekt metro station, the Third Transport Ring and the Garden Ring - a guarantee of speedy revitalization of the southern industrial zone of the city.
