An economy class house under construction in the south of Moscow near the Borisovskie Ponds occupies the space of a ravine. The site’s active terrain allowed the construction of a semi-underground two-level parking and contributed to the scenery of the courtyard landscape featuring playgrounds and leisure areas.

Site plan
The 23-storey house contains 19 types of one- to three-room apartments, including studios with built-in kitchens.
The facade solutions are also diverse: 12 types of windows, various finish colours and 6 types of surfaces, including three 3D types. Here one can see the “saw” of veed edges, the “wickerwork” of small bay windows and round frames turning part of the windows into portholes. Each of such blocks has its own window layout principle.
