When creating the project, we were guided by the principles of contextual integration of the building into the urban fabric: the volume of LOGOS delicately complements the environment forming a continuous front of the Podolskoye highway, emphasizes metricity and plasticity of the neighbouring Mint. Silver as a reference shade presents a semantic value and creates a new recognizable dominant of Danilovsky district.

Site plan
The U-shaped configuration of the building allowed us to create not only a cosy inner courtyard closed from the pedestrian flow, but also to archieve effective technical and economic targets. The facade - semi-columns made of aluminum sheet bent along the radius - resembles stacks of coins in its shape and texture. Balconies alternating in a checkerboard pattern that increase towards the corner of the building communicate a lively dynamics and stretch out the volume. The bright, pure color of silver adds visual lightness, while the effect of soaring, airiness is achieved thanks to the internal illumination of the semi-columns and perforated aluminum texture.
Facade solutions
Silver as a reference material was not chosen by chance - on one hand it acts as a semantic reference to the nearby Moscow Mint, on the other - effectively interacts with the urban context of the territory.

French balconies located on the side facades also alternate in a checkerboard pattern respecting the basic compositional and stylistic principles of the integral shell of the volume. The façades of the inner courtyard are made entirely of glass and create the effect of multiple reflections that visually expand the space and form an illusory depth of the environment.
Main entrance
The first and second floors are united in height and create a tall, graceful base for the volume. The main entrance is partially recessed and the canopy above it reflects the stylistic continuity of the facade solutions, visually uniting all the plastic elements of the building into a single whole. Panoramic windows maximize the view characteristics allowing future residents to see Moscow from a new perspective - dynamic, lively, moving with the times.
