As part of the work on the apartment complex on Letnikovskaya Street, the architects proposed the design concept of the entrance group, lobby, public areas, as well as the internal patio and operated roof. By the start of the working process on the interiors, the customer and brokers had already formed the concept of positioning and sales of the complex. The conceptual basis is inspired by images of the rebellious but elegant 60-s, famous for such cultural phenomena as The Beatles, the movie “Breakfast at Tiffany's”, the design of the Mini Cooper, a new era of models (Twiggy, Verushka) and artists (Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein).

The name of the apartment complex – «Mitte», in German - the middle, the center, as well as one of the most dynamically developing districts of Berlin, famous for its galleries, show rooms, trendy cafes and boutiques. It was this set of images that was the starting point for the formation of the interior concept, which, on one hand, should reflect the lifestyle of residents - active and fascinating, and on the other – emphasize the status of the complex located only two minutes' walking distance from the Garden Ring.
The entrance lobby combines Byzantine terazzo – the mosaic concrete, with the glares of the copper surfaces playing on its surface. Arched openings, oval lamps and voluminous upholstered furniture in pastel shades allow one to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of home comfort, only stepping over the threshold of the complex.
The lobby composition is conducive to interactions with neighbors and the creation of a close community of residents - so rare for modern metropolitan housing. Public areas solutions of typical floors are built on the contrast of light porcelain stoneware and bold teal color.
