Site plan

The building is bordered by the highway of enthusiasts on the south side, where the Aviamotornaya metro station is located in a 3-minute walk.
A bird's eye view
The architectural expressiveness and facade plasticity are achieved by means of facing bricks used in curtain panels. The decorative brickwork used at this site provides rhythm and pattern to the facade using a different pattern of seams, different in the brick color and the way it was laid.
Section
The common house loggia, designed to accommodate residents' air conditioners, is fenced with a decorative lattice with vertical division. This solution gives laconicism and emphasizes the facade strictness.
A barrier-free access is a complex feature. All entrances to the building are from ground level and have no steps.
Intra-quarter view
The building should have through entrances to the housing from the courtyard and from the street. Public institutions entrances are made only from the street side, which provides additional comfort for the complex residents. The housing entrances are protected from atmospheric precipitation by means of a porch or niche in the facade plane.
