A recognizable club house will appear on the trapezoidal section of Podolskoye highway opposite Serpukhovskaya Zastava square. The main challenge for the APEX architects was to fit organically into the existing development of a responsible territory in the Danilovsky District, adjacent to many Moscow fashionable spaces. Moscow Mint, sustained in the style of Soviet modernism, is a kind of “metronome” at the intersection of Danilovsky Val and Podolskoye Highway, while Danilovsky Market form the ensemble of Serpukhovskaya Zastava square and, at the same time, set the facade rhythm for the project. Architects managed to tactfully fit the specified height, volume and facades into the formed architectural style of the territory and highlight the perspective of Podolskoye highway.

Site plan
To implement the technical and economic performance, the architects proposed three forms - a “jackdaw”, a П-shaped building, and an atrium. The volume with the sharp letter "Г" allows for the required number of thirteen floors with a lot depth of 7.7 meters. The apartments are extinguished from Podolskoye highway and the servitude on the north side of the site, as well as from the courtyard, the access to which is organized through the arch from the city highway.

In the search for the design, harmonious with the surrounding development, the two options for facade solutions were developed. The first option is a facade made of fiberglass concrete hinged panels with a textured surface, Reckli-type matrices and panoramic windows, decorated with semicircular balconies in a modernist style with strict anodized copper-colored aluminum fencing, creating a recognizable image of the new club house, which, on the one hand, stands out from the neighbours and at the same time organically fits into the architectural context of the ensemble of Serpukhovskaya Zastava square, indicating stylistic continuity.
First facade option
The second option implies a restrained facade with a regular structure emphasizing the status and contextual expressiveness of the object. The use of modern materials, such as anodized aluminum and ceramic panels with a wavy profile, gives a nice looking, attractive contrast of colors and surfaces.
