The complex consists of 3 towers of different height from 7 to 13 floors located around the green inner yard. In order to create a more dynamic composition the upper floors of the first section are shifted in relation to the street front. The concept of a pine forest is expressed in the plasticity of the facades and the materials used in the project, as well as in the spatial composition of the complex. The textures of the facades are close to the calmness and richness of nature. The striking material combinations are pleasing to the eye and are new to the urban context. This is achieved by combining different textures and surfaces: embossed clinker bricks, bronze metal panels and wood textured fibre concrete inserts. The facade facing Sosinskaya Street is formed on the principle of a coniferous cone structure. The corner elements of the layouts extend into the façade and form a lively play of volumes alternating with one another.

The solutions for the first floors also support the main idea of the project. Part of the finishes are glazed in a matte finish to accentuate the bulk of the buildings and create a soaring effect, while another part supports the general design code and is finished in copper panels. The columns supporting the cantilever part refer in their shape to the seeds of a cone, each of which is turned at a different angle.

On the territory of the complex there is a preschool educational institution. Under the complex is located 1 underground level, where parking spaces for residents of the residential complex and technical facilities. The underground level is located at a depth necessary for planting greenery. So amphitheater, children's, teenage and sports grounds are located inside the natural area of the yard of the complex and the object becomes an island of tranquility for its residents.
