The main motives that influenced the concept of the business center are movement and permeability - they define the volumetric and spatial solutions, the morphology and the landscaping of the project. The territory of the complex creates a new point of attraction, invites citizens and residents of nearby houses, sets the rhythm and defines new directions for the development of the area.

The lower part of the complex forms a single stylobate part with a comfortable pedestrian-scale height of 2-3 floors and a landscaped area along it. The inners paths of the park pass through the whole complex and lead visitors through a system of various urban areas located between light, translucent volumes.
The idea of permeability is also reflected in the facades solution: laconic geometric forms and transparent stylobates represent an ensemble, where the morphology is determined by dynamism, urban energy and traffic of the territory. The project also envisages terraces on stylobates and roofs of the complex – a relevant spatial solution in the conditions of a dense industrial development. A walking area for employees and visitors of the business center, where one can sit quietly at lunchtime or enjoy an informal meeting, defines a new level of comfort.
A distinctive feature of the landscaping concept is an open, permeable square between the busy streets surrounding the site. Directions of pedestrian flows are determined by the rhythm of the paths pattern and lawns, that lead deep into the complex. To emphasize the main axes of movement, benches and small architectural forms are located along them, while small-scale squares become points of attraction, giving a feeling of a compact Western European city in a highly urbanized quarter.
