The residential complex is located in a prestigious district with quite mixed development comprising both old residential neighbourhoods and former industrial plants.
The respectable appearance of I’M Complex comprising a dwelling house and an apartment building unifies the features of these typologies into a harmonious single whole combining modern shapes, conventional finish materials and the approach to separating public and private areas, inherent in European architecture.
The project was developed by several bureaus, including a number of European companies. As a result, the building architecture is suggestive of the Italian style.

Framed with dark bricks, the eye-catching arcade of the ground floor stands in sharp contrast to the light tone of the main brick wall body, giving the impression of a sunlit patio. Similarity is further enhanced by large windows with French balconies.
The project places special emphasis on designing the complex’s private area. The courtyard has no access to vehicles and is completely landscaped and improved. Landscape design was made by the reputed Dutch architect Hyco Verhaagen. He suggested laying out a regular garden in the courtyard, which will be decorated with splendid flower beds and a fountain.
The complex’s residents will be provided with a complete package of services. The lower floors will accommodate retail and service facilities, including a beauty parlour, a sports club, shops, a Lounge-club and a restaurant.
Besides, one of six sections will house a small kindergarten, for which a special playground will be set up in the residential complex yard.
