A modern residential complex developed by leading world and Russian designers will be built in the north of Moscow in close proximity to VDNKh (Exhibition of Economic Achievements).
The complex layout, which is composed of two multisectional L-shaped buildings with the number of storeys varying from 11 to 18 and with high-rise dominants at the opposite corners of the block, harmonises with the spectacular facade solutions and comfortable apartment layouts.
An original technique is used on the extended facades of the buildings: each first floor consists of veed edges, one of the faces of which is brightly coloured. The second face, just as the subjacent floor, is left white.

Unusual solutions were developed for the complex’s low floors. Most of the floor space on the outside is allocated for public functions — retail and consumer services. The functional purpose of these premises is emphasised by full glazing.
The remaining portion of the ground floor is intended for apartments with a separate entrance from the courtyard side and two levels: the living room and kitchen are at the entrance door level, while the bedrooms are half a level higher.
Thus, if looked at from one aspect angle, the complex looks snow-white and, from the opposite aspect angle, it looks multicoloured. Coloured inserts, although without relief, are also used on the courtyard facades.
